docs(screenshots): show v0.20.9 with services running instead of the empty v0.8.0 app - #175
Conversation
…empty v0.8.0 app The screenshots were taken on v0.8.0 with nothing configured, so the README dashboard showed Runtime offline, $0.00 on every tile and no services. They are retaken on v0.20.9 with sample data: five services on the local Docker runtime, six weeks of made-up earnings and three example fleet devices. LAN IP, API key, hostname and home path are masked as before.

📝 Walkthrough
Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to The guide describes per-service balance cards that the dashboard does not display, which may mislead readers about the earnings breakdown. Correcting this localized wording is advisable; the PR otherwise presents bounded risk. Pre-merge checks |

Describe the earnings breakdown, not balance cards.
The dashboard maps each latest stored platform record to an earning-chip. The records are not filtered to configured services, and error records are retained. The guide should not describe this UI as one balance card per configured service.

The screenshots in the README and in docs/usage.md were taken on v0.8.0 with nothing set up. The dashboard everyone sees first said "Runtime offline", showed $0.00 on every tile, "No earnings collected yet" and "No services deployed yet". The app is at v0.20.9 now and looks nothing like that.
This retakes all seven screenshots from the v0.20.9 build, with the same names and widths so every link keeps working:
All numbers, credentials and devices are sample data. The LAN IP, the fleet API key, the hostname and the home path are masked. The usage doc's intro and dashboard paragraph now say v0.20.9 and sample data instead of "empty state".
Docs only: no code, catalog or referral link changes, and auto-tag does not run on docs paths.
