Summary
Validate the final installed Coin package and completed renderer configurations.
The job names use LegacyGL ON/OFF because the compile-time renderer setting and the runtime OpenGL context profile are separate dimensions.
Scope
This is the final validation layer after DrawList integration in PR #33. It does not contain generic CI infrastructure modernization; that remains independent in PR #25.
