I filed #278 with what this needs before merge: 7 statements in the new file that are wrong, and 14 findings from the old file that have no other home in the repo. Most of those 14 are one code comment each rather than prose to put back into The trim itself checks out. The oracle method, the dependency holds and the per-spec rationales really are duplicated at the code site, and four things in the old file were already stale. Replaced the 996-line historical
CLAUDE.mdwith a 197-line current development guide.This was split from #268 so the documentation rewrite can be reviewed independently from the mechanical cleanup.
