Every confirmation and digest recipient now explicitly sends
contactPixelTrackingConsent: falsein Brevo's recipient object, covering public and owner-test mail in both languages. Existing quota, suppression, idempotency, correlation and delivery semantics are preserved. Subscription/privacy pages and mail templates disclose the opt-out request without claiming verified pixel/link removal.Brevo account-side per-contact consent enablement remains pending verification after a browser login connection failure. The operations manual records that prerequisite separately from code deployment; no real mail, secret values, subscriber records, DNS, environment gates or quotas were changed.
Validation: 124 local tests (35 base, 69 news/mail, 12 subscription UI, 8 isolated Worker HTTP); content, TypeScript, lint, build and unchanged bundle budgets pass. Audit: 8 existing moderate, no high/critical. Two existing lint warnings. Browser checked both locales and a 390×844 subscription view. Independent read-only review found no issues. No semantic tag is created or moved.
