Record the completed Sites v18 deployment of recipient-level Brevo tracking opt-out, its source/tree mapping and the owner-reported account consent settings. Distinguish that report from independent account readback and real-mail MIME verification.
PR #15 required verify and exact-commit main attempt 2 passed; the initial local Worker MCP 500 failure remains documented. 124 local tests and unchanged audit/bundle gates passed. Public read-only checks show both locales have updated disclosure, RSS/status 200 and anonymous admin 403. No real mail or quota/configuration changes. Documentation only; this PR does not redeploy or move v1.0.0/v1.0.1.
