GNN 4.1.0 completes the bounded minor and medium roadmap work around public execution contracts, owned resources, diagnostics, saved-model consumers, scientific presentation and installed-package acceptance. The 25-step workflow and supported scientific semantics are preserved.
.agent_rulesnow has 22 guides with task routing and dedicated workflow, run ownership, scientific evidence, interfaces, CI, documentation, security and release guidance. Source archives exclude generated import-linter caches; every archive member is reconciled with Git or declared packaging metadata.Validation: all 28 latest PR checks across 11 applicable workflows passed at final head
471739973765f5ef771ea32b9265ad8ba50b77c1. The review-ready native coverage run 37804770047 independently reconciles raw databases, source/config/hooks, child processes, original collections and line sets: 8,859 distinct selected nodes per Python, zero failures/errors/skips, and 65,308 / 65,316 / 65,321 covered statements of 81,628 on Python 3.11/3.12/3.13, respectively. All five ordinary installed-platform lanes passed at 37804770048, independently sealed with 163 native environment executions and zero failures/errors/skips; Windows explicitly deselects 12 POSIX witnesses. Source CI 37804770130 passes all eight jobs, with actual JUnit case sets reconciled to the same-source/same-minor native collections: 7,991 core cases per Python, 354 pipeline cases and 96 focused capability cases. Environment executions and overlapping focused selections are not unique source-test counts. All 18 source audits and 85 guide/artifact/manuscript tests passed at the guide epoch. The archive-cache fix changes only
.gitignoreand release guidance; ordinary rebuilt archive bytes, all 1,207 namespace files and 22 guide members, and strict manuscript checks passed. Exact accepted-main distributions remain a separate release gate.SC-22 producer

34f8f3330dbfd35d254b352d4100d0911f6ea93d. All 20 required PR jobs and all 20 required exact-main jobs passed, with the documented documentation-job skip. Main run 37799124859 and its fresh render/native/figures packet passed complete independent source/receipt/font/PDF review; its 388-page PDF received eleven fresh finite page views and full extracted-text/font/privacy checks. Native sealed-roster evidence covers all 168 catalogue topics with zero warnings/sorry. The recovered original local serial lane passed 557 tests with five documented boundary/opt-in skips; the original nonserial lane passed 2,803 tests with eight permitted skips and actual Chrome controls. These selections and evidence planes remain separate.Final commit
471739973765f5ef771ea32b9265ad8ba50b77c1changes only the reciprocal FEP pin. Exact companion main and final GNN PR gates and artifact packets are accepted. GNN main, GEO reciprocal closeout and tag/distribution/public-download gates remain pending; PR acceptance does not assert release publication.Released THRML structural-zero support and authenticated complete distribution archival remain external limits. Python 3.14 Gradio callbacks remain blocked under strict warnings; optional GEO derived provenance requires a compatible consumer. Experimental DisCoPy Matrix numerical evaluation and the five major roadmap extensions remain separate scopes.
