Update GEO’s reviewed GNN interchange pin from the 4.0.1 source to accepted GNN 4.1.0 main
9255e19f951d4c9c1461514464d420bd3fc8b912. The only changed file is.github/gnn-pair.json; the three supported exchange schema versions and their consumers remain compatible. All 29 required PR checks passed. The standalone and reusable paired workflows both passed on Python 3.11 and 3.12; their actual source identities, provider ZIPs and 25 retained payload hashes per matrix were independently reconciled. The complete 21-job GEO CI packet retains strict repository, test, model, skills, source-hygiene, unit, integration, performance, system, H3, slow, manuscript, Windows-process and installed-wheel results. Each installed matrix verified 45 wheels, 45 imports and 20 operations. Empty slow selections and generated manuscript-config observations are recorded explicitly.
GNN main’s 26 current checks and 11 workflows passed; its raw coverage and installed-platform packets and exact CI selections were independently verified. Both current reciprocal directions remain qualified to their declared contracts: native interchange and digest custody do not establish universal geographic or scientific equivalence. The GNN-side reviewed compatible GEO ancestor remains pinned, avoiding a circular source dependency.
