Public journey preparation lacked complete lifecycle and result validation. This checkpoint adds fixed npm/shim scenarios, cache and cancellation checks, result parity and bounded transcript shards while preserving the 55/127 core command inventories and YAML capabilities.
Generated project checks now require the complete five-lane file, directory, content and mode contract and bind reported tree identities to captured contents. An acquired observer session enters finalization before interface validation, preserving both primary and finalizer failures. These address the two findings from independent review of the previous head.
A separate quoting-test helper change provides bounded startup headroom and clearer context/process diagnostics after the previous Windows amd64 CI failure. It retains single-attempt Node --check and all original assertions. The cause of that Windows failure remains uncertain; this is a mitigation awaiting current-head Windows CI.
Stacked on #216. Exact head: f6e9ad8. Four owned paths, 1506 gross changed lines (1454 additions, 52 deletions). Source preservation and verified Git bundle checks passed before integration.
Validation: correction writer passed 11 unit, 2 bridge, 6 tools and 26 Python tests, zero skips, plus source preservation audit. Final correction artifacts persist with verified checksums. Earlier timed-out attempts and one mistaken broad test-discovery invocation are retained and are not counted as successful validation. Independent review accepted only the quoting-helper source delta; its independent Go attempt timed out after 240 seconds and does not establish a test pass. Independent hosted Astra low review accepted the combined exact head, independently passed all 45 tests and the 90 lane/cell digest checks, and verified source preservation and absent test process groups. All 10 current-head CI checks passed, including both Windows architectures and both polyglot smoke jobs. Native run 34426919420 and polyglot run 34426919454 bind this evidence to the current head.
This is source preparation, not authentic E2E or release qualification. Real custody/process/installer interfaces and provisioning remain required. Completed remote J/E, E2/workflow/P are the next step. Native admission and all existing exclusions remain intact. No release publication is included.
