Prepare separate Use plugins and Build plugins journeys, with a version-pinned historical v1 reference. The 13 new English pages explain current installer operations, the prepared standard-first authoring contract, and the boundaries between static checks, installation, runtime and activation. Existing documentation, YAML implementation, examples and dependencies are preserved unchanged.

Depends on #166. This is D1 content preparation only. Do not merge or activate before navigation/reference integration, maintained locale updates and release gates are satisfied: Pages auto-deploys main, and draft notices do not prevent publication. No public navigation or existing route is changed here.

Validation: independent medium review inspected all 14 added files and verified command facts against exact installer, prepared authoring and historical source revisions. All 38 Bash blocks passed syntax parsing, 59 internal source links and 11 pinned Git links resolved, and frontmatter checks passed. The review's single low-severity relative-path wording finding was corrected in 914737b. Commands were not executed; full site generation, rendering, route aliases, locale parity and browser checks remain later integration gates.

The preparation adds 1,468 lines including the maintainer handoff note. No release, platform or public activation acceptance is claimed. Related implementation checkpoint: #170.
