docs: export prepared dual-entrypoint CLI reference

The site CLI exporter currently documents the v1 command tree. This adds a separate preparation-only exporter for the actual shared authoring factories behind plugin-kit-ai and agentplugins author, preserving inherited flags and pruning hidden commands before Markdown generation.

The output contains 34 command pages with exact checkout provenance, an independently reviewed factory baseline and explicit prepared-not-release status. Bounded source/dependency pins and a loaded documentation fingerprint reject mismatched sources or compiled help before writing output. Legacy YAML, the existing exporter and public site remain unchanged.

Validation: all 10 focused tests and 23 subcases pass on exact e2297fc. Independent hosted review accepted the correction after actual binary determinism, later docs-only checkout, no-overwrite, links, effective module replacement and compiled-help mismatch checks. No product/native/npm/site acceptance is claimed.

Dependency: stacked on #170. Related documentation preparation: #171. Website consumption follows separately. Keep draft and do not merge or publish until dependency and release gates are met; existing Windows/macOS holds remain open.

Current native CI run 34063079806 on this exact head is unproven on all four hosts: the inherited workflow skips the mandatory packed input test, and Windows also skips its source harness. The dedicated packed lane and portable harness corrections are in #172 and are not yet ancestors of this branch. No unchanged rerun or native acceptance is claimed.
