…ptured bytes Use the existing full-source validator for application credential proofs across all six captured configuration formats. Reject stale or undeclared config bytes without changing consumer, provider or UNKNOWN-collection authority. Validation: 53 affected controls passed, including six public CLI/reseal/receipt cases, source/provider replacement, escaping consumers and forged witnesses. Independent ECC review and seven-category workflow evidence PASS; architecture 436 files / 133 core modules. No precision claim.

Native security evidence now uses the shared captured-source validators before remediation handoffs, so missing or stale proof cannot become a supported repair request. Original diagnostics remain visible.
This PR also clears the two observed CI blockers: qs6.16.0 is updated to patched6.16.1, and only the Ubuntu/Python3.11 coverage cell receives30minutes after the previous20minute job reached99percent before cancellation. The other eight profiles keep20minutes; all tests, coverage and audit rules remain enabled.
Validation: exact original source head038ad4d3 passed12 targeted Python3.11.9 tests in19.56s. The final CI repair passed strict doctor, clean npm install, the custom dependency audit, editor compile/tests, Muse3/3 and offlineJev64/64. YAML and all nine timeout profiles validated; hash-bound workflow audit passed7checks. Independent Sol6.1 high ECC review cleared the two-file repair. Final head104779d50936b324cf3cc8ae509c1dbf885452ae now receives hosted checks; original failed run40615779642 is retained.
