The `run` task name was ambiguous about where tests execute. Rename it to `container-test` to make clear it runs the suite inside the reproducible container image, distinguishing it from the host-based `local-run` task. Update help text in Makefile.toml and all invocations in README.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
This also standardizes names to match the conventions that we're using in zaino.
