Iris has been updated to version 12.0.1 which requires a new semantic import path. Read here for more. This PR updates this repository's code base to be compatible with Iris v12.0.1 and go modules with go1.13.
It also reflects the latest changes of, yours,
zew/util,zew/gorpxpackages and the removed (or private) repository ofzew/irisx. It builds successfully.
