…doorbell instead of the Slack DM ~/.fleet/scripts/notify.py is the one doorbell on every box (mail to the person's own mailbox, the Slack DM only while its token lasts). The house is leaving Slack. Every alert on every box now goes through one script, ~/.fleet/scripts/notify.py (mail to the person's own mailbox; the Slack DM only while its token file still exists; a logged line and exit 1 if neither). These three tools carried their own Slack curl; now they call the doorbell. Behaviour otherwise unchanged; bash -n clean; the installed copies under ~/.fleet match.
