Standard: universal skill bundle and safe project installer - #4
Conversation
Latest revision verified: 8dd9c95Both CI runs for this revision completed successfully:
Each run passed all 11 jobs: six OS/Python installer and deterministic-package combinations, four core regression combinations, and the required LibreOffice render gate. The archive built on Windows, Ubuntu and macOS matches the tracked ZIP byte-for-byte. The first run exposed macOS system-alias handling and legacy Windows console encoding problems; both were fixed and regression-tested in this revision. Local worktree is clean and synchronized with origin/unified-skills. No merge, Tag or Release was performed. Real host UI discovery and full real-contest paper quality remain separate acceptance steps; no paid model calls were made. |
Host-discovery acceptance update: c8a851aNative, no-model-turn checks of the rebuilt ZIP found all ten Standard project skills in Codex desktop's bundled engine and Claude Code normal startup. The old Codex CLI 0.88.0 did not discover .agents/skills, both before and after git initialization; documentation now records the limitation. Trae GUI verification is deferred at the user's explicit request. Both latest CI runs passed all 11 jobs each:
The 65 Skill files have identical hashes before and after this documentation-only update. The rebuilt package SHA-256 is fbf7df39c7a665e64374eead036d4e013d6b9603b274c4251af839230e7e75cc. No merge, release, paid model call, or global CLI upgrade was performed. Skill discovery is not a claim of full paper-generation quality or model-driven invocation. |
Summary

Remote CI Fixes
The first run caught two portability bugs: Chinese-path logging under Windows cp1252 and macOS /var system aliases. Commit 8dd9c95 fixes both and adds regression coverage without relaxing project-local symlink/junction protection. The attached checks track the latest revision.
