Getting Started

Please make sure you have installed node.js and javascript SDK on your system.

Prerequisites

  • npm
npm install npm@latest -g

Installation

  1. Create a local GitHub repo on your local machine.

  2. Clone the repo

git clone https://github.com/yoonus-k/cpcs_241_db.git
  1. Install NPM packages
npm install

Usage

For Sellers:

  1. Create a Seller Account: Sign up on our platform as a seller. Provide the required information and set up your profile.

  2. List Your Property: Create a listing for your property by providing accurate and detailed information. Include attractive images, a compelling description, and essential details such as price, location, size, and amenities.

  3. Set a Competitive Price.

  4. Start new auctions on your property.

For Buyers:

  1. Create a Buyer Account: Sign up on our platform as a buyer. Provide the required details and set up your profile.

  2. Search for Properties: Use search and filtering options to find properties that meet your requirements. Narrow down the listings based on location, price range, property type, and desired amenities.

  3. View the hottest auction in the market and make new biddings.

  4. Review Property Details: Click on a property listing to access detailed information, including images, descriptions, floor plans, and any additional documentation. Evaluate the property's suitability, consider its features, and review the seller's terms and conditions.

  5. Negotiate and Finalize the Deal: Buy the property and make payment.

By following these usage guidelines, sellers can effectively list and sell their properties.
