Summary

• integrate the published Linux sandbox annotation support from http://github.com/foxfirecodes/sandbox-runtime
• store the exact ASRT command used for annotation lookup, including mixed review-only segments
• add Linux annotation noise filtering, filesystem retry-reason extraction, and a unique no-op marker to avoid ASRT command-key collisions

Tests

• npm run typecheck
• npm test
• PI_AUTO_SANDBOX_E2E=1 npx vitest run tests/sandbox-e2e.test.ts (run outside pi-auto sandbox; passed per local validation)

@yonilerner mainly just stacked cuz this PR supports mixed review only commands. both need more testing before merge but the mixed command sequencing has worked flawlessly for me so far so I think it'll be fine to ship soon
