Polish all 30 gallery works and add learning guides

Summary

• Add model-derived SVG previews for all 30 built-in works, with a reproducible generator.
• Give every work distinct observe, experiment, and connect prompts with preset names matched to their parameter values.
• Route preview assets through Vite's configured base path so GitHub Pages subpath deployments load them correctly.
• Preserve field aspect ratios while fitting artwork within its frame at desktop and mobile widths; center fields in Study mode.
• Keep preview trajectories and order vectors faithful to the shared visual mappings.
• Describe the wave work's standing-wave solution and Lorenz's available controls accurately; regenerate the wave preview.
• Extend catalogue, trajectory, semantic-visual, and browser tests for these behaviors.

• npm run work:validate — passed.
• npm run check — passed (31 test files, 243 tests, production build).
• npm run work:capture-previews — generated all 30 previews.
• DYNAMUSIUM_BASE=/dynamusium/ npm run build — passed; preview URLs include the configured subpath.
