Fix admin authentication fallback and add basic CI#1

Removed the hardcoded "demo-admin-token" fallback in the admin path. Now returns a 500 server configuration error if ADMIN_TOKEN is missing. Added unit tests for the admin authorization logic using vitest. Configured a GitHub Actions CI workflow to run typecheck and tests on PR/push.
