…ficial run TMR warms handshake and dispatch with function_bin_addr=0 so user kernels, swimlanes, and rounds stay on official runs. HBG prepare returns unsupported and ChipRunLane skips the dry-run. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
