There was an issue in the Cubiomes Winter Drop tree that was caused by it using an old version of the tree from vanilla, making pale gardens rarer than they should be. This PR fixes that issue by adding a new biome tree that changes the 20 offending nodes from dark forest (
0xFF1D) to pale garden (0xFFBA). The tree has not been added toclimateToBiomeyet.
