The time dropdown currently supports both Local Time and Relative to Selection, but a third option that shows the time relative to the start of the pull would be useful for a variety of reasons e.g. cooldowns and mit timings.
If too much of a performance hit, some alternatives could be to make it relative to the last pull (or whatever pull an event is from when selected).
