The column AttachmentPoint is actually an OrnamentCustomizeGroup RowId.
I found that OrnamentCustomizeGroup.Unknown18 is passed around and eventually set to Client::Graphics::Render::Skeleton::BoneIndexMask.SkeletonIdxBoneIdx, so that's what I called AttachmentPoint now.
