Cuts the v0.2.0 release. Merging to main changes VERSION, which triggers the tag/release pipeline.

• Track remote branches into worktrees — ch create worktree <project> --track [<remote>/]<branch> fetches a remote branch and checks it out into a tracking worktree; every creation path now freshens its source first, and the TUI rebinds r to a filterable remote-branch picker.
• Busy spinner during slow TUI git operations — cloning, worktree creation, and remote-branch fetches show a spinner and swallow stray input until they finish.
• ch run <agent> -- <args> forwards everything after -- to the agent verbatim, appended after its configured arguments.

Fixed

• The dashboard and ch list worktree keep a worktree's tmux session visible after its HEAD diverges (mid-rebase or a different branch checked out); the listing now shows where HEAD actually points.
