fix: make 0.6.2 candidate consumable as a CMake package

Summary

• expose numeric CMake package version for the 0.6.2-dev candidate so exact downstream discovery works
• make the standalone archive test build and run a package-only consumer
• remove two warnings from the minimal feature profile
• record 0.6.2 Runtime upgrade readiness evidence and remaining release gates

Validation

• standalone default/minimal/benchmark builds
• standalone CTest and archive lifecycle tests
• installed package consumer
• temporary Runtime package and source-override consumer tests

This PR does not change the JellyFrame Runtime lock or create a release tag.
