Sample Repository for ASP.NET Core Blazor WebAssembly application with .NET Web API backend

This is an example of ASP.NET Core Blazor WebAssembly application with ASP.NET Web API backend. The application is a simple CRUD application for managing a list of to dos. This repo also containers an example of test projects and Azure YAML pipeline for building, testing, and deploying the application to Azure App Service.
