• rank target users and define a narrow backend-neutral assignment/conformance hypothesis;
• preserve the PRD and architecture contract; route proposed direction changes to #78.

• Deferred / non-goal: Product direction changes, parent/child MVP scope, and external validation interviews require separate approved tickets.
