… CLI Owner decision H50:b: the host agent does not hash-pin the Node or Docker CLI binaries. The contract required an installed hash the code never checks, and the Node digests in tool-pins.json cover release archives, not the binary. Records owner decision H50:b in the provider contract: Node and the Docker CLI are verified by exact version plus guest package verification, not by a host-agent binary hash. Node digests in
tool-pins.jsonare noted as release-archive digests.Refs #89. The criterion "names where that verification happens" stays open (H52:a); #90 writes the procedure.
Review: CLEAR (Opus 5.5) on 678fab0, carried to this rebased head by an identical range-diff. Stacked on the pilot PR (H51:b).
