Issue #81 is design input for a future BundleDock integration; WorkHarbor has no approved bundle feature or runtime attachment implementation. This proposal makes the shell-loading requirements and remaining trust decision concrete without treating them as approved implementation scope.
A separate prerequisite fix corrects CI's strict repository-name comparison after
wstein/workharbor-nxtwas renamed towstein/workharbor. The original push/PR runs failed before tests because the guard rejected the current repository name. The repair retains exact repository, commit and synthetic merge validation; old and foreign names remain refused.Validation at
c5ade935cb01541fcd070c14fbebeacac34be725: current-repository push/PR regressions reproduced both refusals before the fix; all 21 source-context tests passed afterward. Tracked document/link checks and full diff whitespace checks passed. Independent Sol review and the canonicalmake check PYTHON=/opt/homebrew/bin/python3are being refreshed on this exact candidate. Superseded pre-edit/old-candidate runs were interrupted (exit 130), not counted as passing. Current CI and final canonical outcomes remain pending, so this PR stays draft.Design proposal only: no product code, feature approval, runtime integration, live acceptance, merge or activation. Runtime acceptance and owner spec/plan/trust decisions remain prerequisites. This does not close #81.
