BASELINE e5c9f15 was the pre-rebase SHA; the rebase merge dropped it, so clean CI clones cannot resolve it and repository-checks fails on main. a51f33c is the merged equivalent with identical protected trees (specs/001 bae1fd2, specs/002 3b2dce0).
