Outcome

  • adds one fail-closed v4.7 operational acceptance command with PASS/FAIL/NOT-YET-DUE semantics
  • fixes conversational legacy recall by bounded overfetch plus lexical relevance ordering
  • pins the pane-0 WezTerm question to confirmed core claim mm-8aef

Evidence

Boundaries

  • no embeddings, Qdrant reads, or LLM calls
  • short keyword legacy path unchanged
  • condition 4 HTTP/checkpoint work remains separately tracked
