This repo has everything behind Forkable:

• starter/ — the base every Forkable business starts from. One Connect prewired, a keyless Acme Inc demo that exits 0 with no account and no keys, one runtime agent to build on, and a go-to-market kit.
• create-forkable/ — the npm create forkable CLI. Copies the starter, fills in who a fork is for and where, installs, and runs the keyless demo.
• mcp/: the MCP server behind blocks.forkable.dev. Sign in with One is its login, so the agent builds working interfaces inside Claude or ChatGPT on each person's own accounts. Fork it to run your own MCP on a One Connect app.
• blocks/: Forkable blocks, the UI, route and One actions for one feature at a time, plus the @withone/forkable CLI that adds them to your app and the gallery at forkable.dev/blocks.
• site/: forkable.dev itself.

Contributing

Build a business on the starter and publish it as a template, or help with the starter and the CLI. CONTRIBUTING.md covers giving your coding agent One's integrations (CLI or MCP), what the starter already handles, the template checklist and how to send a pull request.
