v2.0.0: stable rebuild on the v1.7 frontend baseline

Purpose

Release DevEnv Manager v2.0.0 from the exact v1.7.0 frontend baseline while preserving the familiar navigation, layout, styles, controls, and original feature modules.

Completed product scope

• Restored runtime, environment, ports, cleanup, projects, file associations, profiles, reports, settings, and toolchain workflows on the v1.7 UI.
• Added JDK/Python/Node/Go/Maven/Gradle managed lifecycle boundaries plus Rust/rustup and .NET SDK providers.
• Kept external runtimes read-only and protected from direct DevEnv removal.
• Added bounded PowerShell/native execution, Windows output decoding, timeout/process-tree cleanup, and environment broadcasts.
• Added safe one-click release for verified user development listeners while protecting system, service-owned, and database processes.
• Added disk overview, duplicate scanning, archive target selection, recycle-bin verification, software analysis, and read-only partition assessment.
• Added durable page results, picker-backed paths, blank-toast suppression, and D/HC readable fallbacks.
• Preserved one ordinary confirmation; the v1.9 user-visible token workflow was not migrated.
• Added in-app and CI feature acceptance with command drift, field contract, action wiring, selector, and quality checks.

Validation

• Rust: 168 passed, 0 failed.
• Clippy: passed with --all-targets -- -D warnings.
• Frontend production build: passed.
• v1.7 baseline: 17 immutable modules and 11 original views passed.
• Feature manifest: 31 features, 126 selectors, 94 commands.
• Frontend invokes: 155 registered, 22 explained backend-only compatibility commands.
• Safe acceptance: 27 passed, 0 failed, 1 permission-based safe skip, 3 manual-only destructive/user-data cases.
• Static and frontend acceptance: passed.

Release policy

The branch has intentionally absorbed the latest main history with an ours merge after source freeze. The resulting tree remains byte-for-byte the reviewed v2.0 tree, while the PR is now mergeable without reintroducing the unstable v1.9 frontend.
