- README opens with a 30-second overview GIF (servers, network log, mocking a 500 and a slow endpoint) linking to the full 1080p tour. The existing unedited screen recording moves to "A look around". - Site gets the full tour under the hero, with a poster frame and preload=none so it costs nothing until played.

Adds a 55-second tour of ZYNLEX built from real app screenshots: localhost server detection, the network log, mocking an API response (a 500, then a slow endpoint), device viewports, the API client, and the size numbers.
