Add a GitHub Pages site

Summary

Adds a project website at https://webtools-dotcom.github.io/Zynlex/, deployed from site/ by a new Pages workflow.

A GitHub repo page can't be submitted to Google Search Console (we don't own github.com); this site can, and it gives search engines a canonical page titled "ZYNLEX — the minimal browser for web developers".

What's on it

• Hero with an animated localhost-scan readout (what the new tab page does, told as a terminal).
• The four features — servers, network log, mocking, device viewports — plus the API client, each with a full-width real screenshot.
• An interactive mock demo: the same request answered for real, as a 500, as an empty list, and delayed.
• Size numbers, an honest "what it doesn't do" section, and the FAQ.

Details

• Plain HTML/CSS/JS, one file, ~514 KB total including screenshots (WebP) and fonts.
• The app's own Warm Ivory tokens, JetBrains Mono + Space Grotesk self-hosted. No third-party requests, no analytics, no cookies.
• Open Graph image (1280×640), SoftwareApplication and FAQPage JSON-LD, canonical URL, robots.txt, sitemap.xml.
• Responsive; checked at 1440 px and 390 px with no horizontal overflow; respects prefers-reduced-motion.
• Pages is enabled with the "GitHub Actions" source; .github/workflows/pages.yml deploys on pushes to main that touch site/.

After merge: point the repo's Website field at the site, and submit it in Google Search Console.
