I suggest you ignore the changes to this file and review the dist instead.

The changes on this file are a bit noisy. A bunch of keys were renamed. Rather than doing it by hand, I used the utility scripts (remove-tagged-compat-features and undist) to reset the list in this file. This also changed the sorting of the keys.

This is blocked because a bunch of keys were marked as deprecated in BCD, which affects non-discouraged features in web-features. See #3526 (comment) for further detail.

1. Merge Mark several privacy sandbox features as discouraged #3526 (or something like it).
2. Check out this branch.
3. Merge main into this branch.
4. Run npm ci && npm run dist && npm test && git commit --all --message="Refresh dist" && git push.

I will delay publishing a release as there's already a new BCD update PR. So I'll work on that one first and then do a release.
