This is a v2 of a web tool (rewritten in Go) to check if an OCLC number represents an item that is the last copy in your state.

This release candidate has compiled binaries for Windows and Linux and is intended to be run on a server behind a web proxy, but could be run locally as well.

The first run will prompt for the necessary credentials/settings. Afterwards those are stored in a configuration file.
