[Volunterring for Maintainer] - README script list: fix Hangman Game, Longitude/Latitude and Text Recognition entries + outdated script count #576

Describe the bug
A few entries in the "List of Scripts in Repo" table in README.md (which the GitHub Pages site renders) still point to the wrong place or contain typos. They are not covered by #415 or the open PR #525.

Expected behavior
Every link in the table opens that script's folder on main, and the intro count is accurate.
Additional context
- Left out on purpose: the "Interactive Dictionary" row links to a folder that doesn't exist, because added Interactive Dictionary #287 only changed the README. That is tracked in Interactive Dictionary: Audio Pronunciation and Console Definitions #275.
- Related: Broken or missing links and formatting issues #415 and PR Bug fix: Fix links in readme with typos or link to dev fork #415 #525 (which fixes the other 404 links).
- I'll keep the existing
DhanushNehru/Python-ScriptsURL style (GitHub redirects it to wasmerio) unless you'd prefer I switch. - Ready to contribute: Yes. I'd like to fix these in one small PR. Could you assign this issue to me? @DhanushNehru
