Module's tip box not showing

Reported by a Discord user: The tips box is no longer visible in V9S2 (errors in console are possible)

Edit: this is caused by a module using Foundry Tips. We're still investigating which one is causing this to occur.

Could you please screenshot or otherwise list all of your active modules and share which system you're using? You've mentioned DSA, but it doesn't appear as though dsa5 is using tips

That's all the modules I use. The Dungeon World UI is my self-made CSS layout.
DSA5 isn't using tips. It uses another module called "Did you know?" which isn't maintained anymore.

@Jensenator360 We've determined that this is an error when no tips are available in your currently-set language. It will show a different activated module name each time. I will keep this issue open while I figure out a better error to show in the console for this situation. But the behavior of failing to show the tip box is correct for this scenario.
