It does not remove the contacts deleted from SugarCRM.

When you delete a contact in SugarCRM and synchronization.
Contacts do not disappear from contacts in your phone.

This is intentional (it allows people to keep contacts even if they are deleted in the server) and there is lttle chance that I will change it since we no longer use SugarCRM in our company. I thnk there are other sync solutions for sugarCRM which are more mature and keep up to date with new releases, you may want to explore those.
