Build CI and release binaries with Go 1.26.10, selected once in
go.mod. Keep the minimum Go version and dependencies unchanged.The existing
setup-gosteps already read the toolchain directive throughgo-version-file: go.mod.Checks passed on Go 1.26.10:
make ci,actionlint, and a local binary introspection smoke test. The scoped diff passed an independent review.Release workflow execution is verified only at the next tag.
