…ion (#199) * docs: update stale Deploy-on-GitHub docs to match shipped implementation Audited every Deploy-on-GitHub doc against the current code and corrected the stale ones: - 0010-builds.md / 0011-builds-implementation-plan.md: divergence notes updated — admin build UI shipped (client-side polling, not WebSocket), BuildManagerLarge + migration tag v6, two-size getBuildInstanceType (free standard-3 / paid standard-4), migrations 0027_github_deploy.sql + 0028_check_runs.sql (not the phantom 0020_*), pollLogs uses a non-starting getTcpPort().fetch() (not containerFetch), pinned CLI version 0.9.1, plan-sized deploy-token TTL. - 0074 / 0075: frontmatter status proposed / ready-to-implement -> implemented. - packages/api/README.md: migration filenames + pollLogs transport fix. - README.md (root): pollLogs containerFetch -> getTcpPort().fetch() in the pitfalls note. meta/operations.md audited accurate — left unchanged. The two public framework docs (deployment.md, cli.md) ship separately in #234, so this PR does not bump the submodule pointer.
