vite-plus/test*compatibility, Node.js requirements, project configuration changes, and migration behavior. It audits the finalv5.0.0release and adds migration handling for the static parsing default invitest listandVitest.collect().The plan also defines rollout gates for browser providers, coverage, reports, and vendored workspaces.
