Summary
requires-python >=3.13, classifiers and CI matrix moved to 3.13 / 3.14 / 3.15. Dropping 3.12 is a breaking change, noted under Unreleased inrelnotes.md(no version bump yet).actions/checkoutto v7,setup-uvto v10.2.0, and pre-commit revs (uv 0.12.23, ruff v0.16.10, ty v0.0.85). Dev-dependency floors for ruff/ty raised to match.collectfailed withtoo-many-positional-argumentsbecause calling an unboundedtype[_CollectT]is checked againstobject(). The implementation signature now takesCallable[[Iterable[T]], _CollectT]; public overloads are unchanged, and thety: ignoreis gone. Casts that newer ty no longer needs were removed.requires-python, so UP043 (Generator[X, None, None]→Generator[X]) and B911 (batchedexplicitstrict=False) now fire; both fixed with no behaviour change.AGENTS.mdCI matrix line updated; README code block reformatted by the new ruff.Test plan
