Ships G24 routed session events and the private Electron compositor pipeline lab as the synchronized 0.11.1 Ghosttea patch release. Includes exact npm/Cargo workspace versions, generated iOS BOM/resource locks, changelog, and the separately built, attested, and published Apple-native artifact pin. Verified locally: fresh npm ci, formatting, lint, all npm builds/checks/tests, Cargo locked check/clippy/tests, package archives and external consumers, the native lifecycle soak, npm and RustSec audits, first-publish registry checks, the Cargo workspace publish dry-run, published-artifact byte verification, and the external SwiftPM consumer linking all 18 public products.
