Ships G22 ServiceSessions and G23 routed React runtime as the synchronized 0.11.0 Ghosttea release. Includes exact npm/Cargo workspace versions, generated iOS BOM/resource locks, changelog, and the separately built/attested/published Apple-native artifact pin. Verified locally: formatting, lint, all npm builds/checks/tests, Cargo locked check/clippy/tests, 42/42 VibeField TP vectors, iOS BOM/resources/manifests, published-artifact byte verification, and the external SwiftPM consumer linking all 18 public products.
