feat: add rename method to SevenZip class

This commit introduces a new rename method to the SevenZip class. The method takes an associative array mapping old file names to new file names and executes the 7z rn command.

Changes:

• Added rename method to src/SevenZip.php.
• Added unit tests for the rename method in tests/SevenZipTest.php.
• Documented the new method in README.md.
