Description

Replaces physical Tailwind direction utilities with logical ones so layout mirrors under dir="rtl" / dir="auto". Follow-up to #411 (automatic RTL direction support).

Changes Made

• Blockquote: border-l-4 pl-4 → border-s-4 ps-4
• Lists: [li_&]:pl-6 → [li_&]:ps-6
• Table header cells, link button, mermaid/table dropdown items: text-left → text-start
• Code line numbers: before:mr-4 before:text-right → before:me-4 before:text-end
• Language label: ml-1 → ms-1 (code block header and mermaid)
• Controls/dropdowns: right-0/right-2/right-4 → end-*, left-2/left-4 → start-* (code block, image download, link modal, mermaid fullscreen/pan-zoom, table copy/download dropdowns)
• Kept physical: nothing else physical remained (no translate-x/left-1/2 patterns were touched)
• Updated existing tests asserting old classes; added changeset

Testing

• All existing tests pass (pnpm test in packages/streamdown: 1242 passed)
• Added new tests for the changes (updated blockquote/table/pan-zoom class assertions)
• Manually tested the changes
• pnpm check (ultracite) clean
