Summary

Closes #1576.

Adds Kybernesis Arcana to the official registry and integrations gallery. eve add extension/arcana installs the published extension and creates a workspace-scoped API-key mount with its recall, storage, and brain-note capabilities.

The gallery documents workspace isolation, sensitive key handling, and the constraint that dynamic workspace selection must use verified session context and remain within the configured key's scope.

In case it's useful: 0.1.1 is the older tarball from the issue review — we published 0.2.0 yesterday with the fixes you asked for (built against eve 0.30.8, explicit peer range, repository metadata). It may have landed after this branch was cut. Might also be related to the eve-docs deploy failure, since 0.1.1 was a 0.29.5-era build.
