fix(eve): restore Slack auth public status

Summary

• Post a link-free public Slack auth status before sending the private sign-in challenge
• Keep the auth URL/device code ephemeral-only and update the public status on authorization completion
• Update docs/comments/tests to describe the public-status plus private-credential behavior

Testing

• pnpm --filter eve exec vitest run --config vitest.unit.config.ts src/public/channels/slack/defaults.test.ts
• pnpm --filter eve typecheck
• pnpm --filter eve run build
• test-agent: confirmed node_modules/eve resolves to /Users/allenzhou/Desktop/code/eve/eve/packages/eve; npm run typecheck is currently blocked by existing dirty work in agent/tools/inline_auth_probe.ts (TS2554)
